<t>I fail to see how this is Microsoft's fault. You need to keep your data in critical accounts and apps up-to-date and note down your Bitlocker key when you set up your laptop. <br/>

If you are a random person who stole a laptop and then calls up MS support to get access to the Microsoft account in order to obtain the Bitlocker key, your victims would surely not be happy about them giving out that sort of information.</t>
