Pin a local application vers le taskbar (eg: Calculator). Changez le path and start in vers le required valeurs.
In order to get vers le Properties to edit them, vous devez clic droit twice. First clic droit sur le taskbar icône and vous allez get a little menu avec "Programname - raccourci" and "unpin from taskbar". Ensuite clic droit sur le Programname entry in that menu which is the actual copy du raccourci being held inside la barre des tâches. Ensuite vous pouvez choose "Properties".

While editing the Properties, si le scratch raccourci n'était pas the same app (e.g. Notepad) vous pouvez need to click sur le Change Icon bouton après editing the Path, to ensure it picks up the nouveau icône.
