<t>You know, I've been doing this almost 20 years. Many of my clients I've had most of that time, or at least 8 years. Many of those clients have the same employees. You'd think, over time, it would be easier to support THOSE long term employees. But no....every day, it's like their first week using a f'n workstation. w.t.f??</t>
