<t>Check your networking. If the function is vnet integrated and you have a service endpoint for microsoft.storage, the storage account needs to allow your subnet. If using private endpoint on the storage account check your nsg allows access from your vnet integration subnet.<br/>

Worth checking in the storage account that the files are present in the file share, but they should be if your deployment was successful.<br/>
<br/>
Use the troubleshooters under 'diagnose and solve problems'. These may highlight issues/exceptions that stop the app starting cleanly.<br/>

The event log (get to it directly in the storage account or via kudu) might have other errors in it too.</t>
