As mentioned by magicandre1981 WSUS Offline Update is great for this.
I've used it récemment when nuke 'n paving XP machines, c'est very easy to use and fairly self explanatory.
SETUP
Téléchargez le WSUS Offline Update Tool.
Installer it on a Windows machine avec active Internet Connection (faster the better!).
Run and choose which OS, Language and what components you require (see below).
Appuyez sur [Start] and wait for all mises à jour to be checked & téléchargé depuis le Windows Mise à jour Servers. Vous pouvez moniteur the progress dans le batch window si vous desire.
Deployment
Once complete (see below for creating ISO's), browse vers le 'USB Medium' dossier.
(I keep this sur mon local disk rather than a USB drive that I'll forget to installer or the drive letter will change).
This deployment dossier is your 'installation' vous devez deploy/copy onto your client/subject machine.
Obviously si vous créer ISO's burn them to DVD (if required - I do both, DVD & USB). The .iso fichiers are dans le \iso\ dossier within your 'WSUS Installation' dossier.
Use

When running the 'UpdateInstaller' sur votre client machine (from your USB drive or DVD) vous allez see a similar window to sélectionner the deployment options (see below).
I tend to copy the deployment dossier vers le Desktop from USB for speed, rather than running from DVD/USB avant running the UpdateInstaller.

Après pressing [Start] vous allez see a similar 'batch' window vers le mise à jour, c'est en fait deploying the Windows Mises à jour to your machine (in sequence and silent).
- Upon completisur le lower part du batch window will indicate if a redémarrer is required and également if il y a further pending mises à jour to installer après the redémarrer.
Note: This tool can take a long time to run, easily an hour on older matériel avec a vanilla XP SP2 installer (over 100 mises à jour). The majority of XP machines J'ai fait required 3 reboots for all Windows Mises à jour including .NET.
