On my Windows 11 Home machine, when I appuyez sur PrintScreen, c'est doing quelque chose, but Je ne peux pas figure out what.
Things I've checked:
J'ai Greenshot installé, which is what I'd like it to be using, but it isn't
J'ai vérifié Paramètres → Accessibility → Clavier, and "Use the Print écran clé to open écran capture" is turned off
J'ai vérifié the clavier raccourci for écran capture dans le GeForce In-Game Overlay, and c'est quelque chose else. I've également désactivé the In-Game Overlay
When I appuyez sur PrintScreen, my écran briefly goes dim, and il y a a brief flash du notification icône dans le bottom right, which disappears immediately afterwards.
If J'ai the notification panel open when I appuyez sur it, there's a brief flash of a notification that appears avant disappearing. C'est too fast to read, but when I record a lent-motion video of my écran, Je peux see that it is telling me that "Do not disturb" is on.
Si je open up Paramètres → Système → Notifications and appuyez sur PrintScreen, Je peux see “Do Not Disturb” flashing on and off again.
Things J'ai essayé to identify if c'est quelque chose nefarious:
Run a Bitdefender scan sur mon système which n'a pas turn up anything.
Used Wireshark to look at outgoing traffic.
I left it running for a while (sans pressing PrintScreen), and ensuite filtered out all destinations that had come up.
When I pressed PrintScreen, there n'était pas any additional traffic.
I wrote a Python script that continually checks the processus list and flags when a processus starts or stops. It may not ont été fast enough (it may not catch a processus that takes less than about 12 ms), but it ne seem that whatever c'est is starting up a nouveau processus.
What puis-je do to figure out what's holding onto this? If c'est quelque chose nefarious, ensuite I'll want to get rid of it, but sinon, Je viens de want to unbind the clé so that Je peux use it dans le application that I want for captures d'écran.
I rebooted into mode sans échec, and had to use a wired clavier, as my usual clavier (Logitech MX Keys) ne serait pas work sans Bluetooth activé. When J'ai essayé PrintScreen sur le other clavier, it n'a pas do anything in Mode sans échec.
Cependant, when I redémarré back into normal mode, I wanted to ensure that the PrintScreen bouton sur le wired clavier did the same thing as sur le wireless clavier, and it turns out it doesn't. PrintScreen sur le wired clavier does exactly what I'd expect it to.
So it seems that my problème is that the PrintScreen bouton sur mon wireless clavier is doing quelque chose other than what I'm expecting. Further investigations are required.
I jamais thought to vérifiez le clipboard. J'étais seulement checking the standard captures d'écran dossiers. Oui, there's a full écran capture d'écran dans le clipboard. (I would prefer it to go via Greenshot and give me a region to sélectionner.)
