J'utilise a Lenovo Laptop, Windows 10.
Mise à jour 15/2/2023: just today I upgrade to Windows 11, the same problème encore persists (!)
Récemment Je pense the batterie cell n'est pas fully functioning, and système occasionally triggers the Event 524, Critical Battery Trigger Met and subsequently, the Event 42,The system is entering sleep., even though the laptop is connected vers le power source AND the batterie is more than 95% charged.
Obviously, the système is misreporting the batterie condition, and hence resulted dans le above trigger, and ensuite subsequently, the sleep event. Ceci est very annoying parce que it disrupts the rhythm of my work.
Comment stop the système from entering the mode veille si le Event 524, Critical Battery Trigger Met is (mis)reported, and despite (potential) batterie fault?
Some asked: how do you know that c'est a misreporting, and not parce que the batterie is really dying? My answer:
C'est simple. Right avant the machine goes to sleep, the batterie is encore more than 95% charged.
Does that really matter si le batterie is dying? Je suis connecting the laptop to a power supply. So even si le batterie dies the laptop should encore have power supply, right?
