When you click Paramètres dans le Windows Terminal it tries to ouvrez le .json configuration fichier in a text editor
Depuis the .json fichier tapez n'est pas associated sur votre ordinateur avec any application, the "Comment want to open this fichier?" pop-up appears.
Cliquez sur More apps and sélectionner any text editor (Notepad devrait être good.)
Or rather mise à jour your Windows version ainsi que your Windows Terminal version (if c'est not automatiquement updated avec Windows) depuis nowadays the paramètres page is déjà updated not to be simply text editing a .json fichier:
