ayi I would check to make sure that you aren't on any blacklist. A new domain with improper spf, dkim, and dmarc records might have caused this. I like to use mxtoolbox.com. You can also try this Remove yourself from the blocked senders list and address 5.7.511 Access denied errors - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Learn. Not sure if that one will help you.
