Neither dum are preventing Win+C from opening the "try teams" ad

nor the Win+W from opening the Weather app full of ads

This answer may désactiver other clés (no idea) but it ne désactiver these clés.

Comment puis-je désactiver these hot clés? (sans 3rd party logiciel)
