Same issue, some of calls didn't register in the queues app.
Does anyone know when MS is planning to enable shared call history? I'm shocked that there's no way to get info on the caller details like name and phone number in the queues app (just the calls you picked up)
Looking into if there's a flow with Power automate to add to a SharePoint list of each call as it comes in. May be doable, anyone have a solution for that?
