ayi I am going to skip the usual "use Teams certified peripherals litany" as, I guess it would not have any effect on the issue you are describing. You could try and remove the Bluetooth speaker from the list of devices Teams uses, as described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manage-audio-settings-in-microsoft-teams-meetings-6ea36f9a-827b-47d6-b22e-ec94d5f0f5e4 Ignore the 1st section and jump straight to "Change speaker and mic settings"
