Microsoft is massively breaking the office suite on Android. They fix 1 thing then break 5 other things.
In Outlook (I presume Teams too) quiet hours does not follow the device time, it goes off of the mailbox timezone. Pretty moronic setting if you are traveling to other time zones and notifications randomly start occurring or stop occurring regardless of the time you set via your phone.
