When a team needs to work with a team, I advise them to go into Teams to create a team for all their teams. Then, in Teams, they can go to their team's Teams team to team up with their team
And if they can't work as a team with their team's Teams team in Teams, I have the HR team sack their whole team and replace them with a team who can work as a team.
