They are constantly evolving and improving the connectors within Powerautomate - While they probably didn't mind doing that separately in Teams when it was part of O365 it's now a separate program.
So having been forced by the courts and Slack to make Teams standalone, it is probably wise for them to untangle the connectors and leave them where they belong inside the automation tools.
