J'ai créé a custom raccourci that opens the sélectionner bt périphérique dialog which is opened when using the action center

Installer Powertoys. C'est an official package from Microsoft avec a suite of powerful tools to improve windows.
Setup a nouveau Shortcut dans le Clavier manager plugin.
Set a raccourci (I use Win + K as this was the command in Win10)
Set Action: Open URI, Path/URI: ms-actioncenter:controlcenter/bluetooth
Save

Maintenant vous pouvez ouvrez le bluetooth quicksettings using Win + K
