- Start Regedit.exe and allez dans the following registry branch:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

Create a REG_DWORD value named ShowSecondsInSystemClock

Set its value data to 1.

Logoff and login back.
This adds seconds to the tray clock.
Works in Windows 10 Anniversary Update (v1607) and higher.
