Until yesterday evening, J'étais able to connect to mon server depuis mon local machine. Now, I get le suivant error:
A connection was successfully established avec le server, mais alors an error occurred pendant le pre-login handshake. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out.) (.Net SqlClient Data Provider)
Note, I can log on to le actual server avec no problem.
Yesterday, I installed IIS on mon machine et set up a site using mon IP address - ne know si this has anything to do.
I did come across this article, followed le steps, mais didn't seem to help.

Started trying suggestions depuis comments too mais stopped quand I realized I might be messing things up more.
So, why is this happening / how can I fix?
