Les conteneurs Docker ne peuvent pas résoudre le DNS sur un hôte Ubuntu 14.04

Je suis running into a problem avec mon Docker containers on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Docker worked fine for two days, et alors suddenly I lost tous network connectivity inside mon containers. The error output ci-dessous initially lead me to believe it was parce que apt-get is trying to resolve le DNS via IPv6.

I disabled IPv6 on mon host machine et still, removed tous images, pulled base ubuntu, et encore ran into le problem.

I changed mon /etc/resolve.conf nameservers depuis mon local DNS server to Google's public DNS servers (8.8.8.8 et 8.8.4.4) et encore have no luck. I aussi définissez le DNS to Google in le DOCKER_OPTS of /etc/default/docker et restarted docker.

I aussi tried pulling coreos, et yum could pas resolve DNS either.

C'est weird parce que tandis que DNS does pas work, I encore get a response quand I ping le même update servers that apt-get ne peut pas resolve.

Je suis pas behind a proxy, Je suis on a très standard local network, et this version of Ubuntu is up to date et fresh (I installed two days aallez dans be closer to docker).

J'ai thoroughly researched this through autre posts on stackoverflow et github issues, mais n'ont pas found tout resolution. Je suis out of ideas as to how to solve this problem, can anyone help?

Woo, J'ai trouvé a post on github that solved mon problem.

After Steve K. pointed out that it n'était pas actually a DNS issue et was a connectivity issue, J'étais able to find a post on github that described how to fix this problem.

Apparently le docker0 network bridge was hung up. Installing bridge-utils et running le suivant got mon Docker in working order:

apt-get install bridge-utils
pkill docker
iptables -t nat -F
ifconfig docker0 down
brctl delbr docker0
service docker restart
