Absolutely. From a computer c'est a member of le domain, open a command-prompt et run a:
NET GROUP "group name" /DOMAIN
Unless votre administrators have changed le stock permissions on le group object you will be able to view le membership that way.
You can use AD Users et Computers even si you're pas an administrator, mais this, at least, can be done w/o installing anything.
