You like blue!
Your first ever dashboard! Well done. Buy yourself a donut and eat it! You like donuts. The only place for a donut is inside your mouth. Keep them far away from your dashboards. Give donuts to Homer. Mmm donuts. A bar or column chart is always better.
Less is more. So reduce the visuals to about six. I see you have some cards too. Really think though if you need them all. Again, less is more.
You've gone to a lot of effort to line up your visuals and you have a nice eye for detail. I can see you have put a lot of effort in and you will be able to create dashboards that your users will love. For a first timer you have got style.
You have used a lot of colour. For your first few dashboard your users will like it. Then they'll ask what the colours mean. So make sure you understand which colours you have used and why in the long run.
Accuracy is important. If your audience are finance people, keep your numbers to two decimal points. If they sre executives or strategy people. Don't worry about the numbers and just tell them if it's up or down. So for example for the cards, the numbers are great. But, better or worse.
This feedback is just some tips. Remember you have made a good looking dashboard for your first full attempt and you have learned a lot doing it.
I work with an old Karen crone who tells everyone she does the best dashboards. She's a liar. Your dashboards are better than hers by 1000% and you are just starting out.
