ayi 19H1 update will separate Start Menu process from Explorer.exe. How will this affect troubleshooting UI freezes? Currently you can easily terminate and re-execute explorer.exe in Task Manager.
ayi You've never needed to all of those steps for explorer.exe, the right-click menu for Windows Explorer in the Task Manager has a Restart option built right into it.
