I can tell you my observation:
All the annoyances you listed and have, no one at Microsoft is looking at it.
They are focused on :
- copilot + anything ,
- any thing you do, how can we leverage the cloud.
Their incentives depend on it. No one gets paid for fixing long existing bugs.
