It's very likely to be a DNS issue. It might be that a DNS address has been set only for the wireless adapter of your laptop. Try this: Network & Internet settings > Change adapter options > Wi-Fi > Properties (Right click on the adapter for properties) > IPv4 and IPv6 properties > Obtain DNS server address automatically / Set it to 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1/9.9.9.9 or any other DNS you prefer.
