Killer wifi cards do not have the best reputation, and seem to have issues constantly. I would advise you to replace the card. Or just get a friend's card and try it out.
This video is talking about fixing issues on Killer, dunno if it will work for you, but could try.
You might just not be noticing the drop during videos, because videos can be buffered, while multiplayer gaming can not.
