Those two are remote access tools first. Splashtop doesnt have a logging functionality and SyncroMSP doesnt seem to do anything that cant be done when the pc is infront of you, like logging. So they are liars and creeps. I would a full clean reinstall, they mightve installed more stuff too.
Oh blast them on google maps too. Installing remote access tools to your pc without your knowledge is without a shred of doubt creep behaviour and wildly unsafe even if their intent was somehow good and they dont access it at all. These remote access apps can get compromised and open your pc to whole internet if you dont know what you are doing.
