Press Control+Shift+Escape to open task manager and find the process on the list and force it to close, you should be able to delete those files.
Also, if you press Control+R and type in ‘AppWiz.cpl’, it shows a list of installed programs and you can uninstall them 🙂
Remember, Ctrl+Shift+Esc!
When things aren’t working you can always resort to Ctrl+Alt+Delete and you can open the task manager that way as well. It’s very useful when getting started with Windows
The reason you can’t delete those files is because they are being used by a ‘process’. Say you were editing a photo and tried to delete the photo while it was still open in the editor— you’d get that same error since the file is basically hooked to the process while it’s open. I hope that makes sense!
