If you selected everything, cliquez sur Create download package:
Now expand this zip and run the script based on your used operating system. If you use Windows run uup_download_windows.cmd en tant qu'administrateur
and now depending on your internet and PC speed it can take about 1-2 hours to download and build the ISO:

Si vous voulez ISOs for the Windows 10 April 2018 Update (Version 1803), select Windows 10 Version 1803, Redstone4 [Apr 2018] - Build 17134.1.
