Nvme random write issue is still unsolved.
I run 2x 1Tb 980 pros, one for os, applications and games and one for games only. Random write iops are still one third vs Windows 10.
Would really like this issue finally resolved as otherwise I'm happy with Windows 11 performance.

Solved on my secondary drive by deleting USN journal:
Fsutil usn deletejournal /D x:
Sadly can't solve the issue on nvme that Windows is installed on as you can't delete the journal.
Edit 2:
Sadly when you reboot performance is again effected so not a true solution.
