Fun facts here, this is actually an extended called telemetry_xevents. You can delete it, but it will be re-created again in 60 minutes. (And you can see the data collected in real time here!)

To disable this in any of the versions, you can go into services and disable these: SQL Analysis Services CEIP, SQL Server CEIP service, SQL Server Integration Services CEIP service 13.0.
