As someone who has worked on the vendor side the past few years, supporting the SQL Server market...
There's a A LOT of companies, big and small, who use a hell of a lot of SQL Server.
I feel like some still carry the outdated viewpoint that Oracle is king of RDBMS's and SQL Server is only a very distant, non-Enterprise second place. That is a VERY antiquated viewpoint.
