Only thing I can think of is
to access the US version of Google from anywhere, change your browser's search settings to www.google.com/ncr (No Country Redirect) andadjust the region settings to "United States" in your account profile
Or what u also tried is google google us and then clicked on the search ch result that said Google usa.
It even had us relevant things that I do not get in my country because it's not relevant here.
