So the things I have heard to help - I am terrible about following rules.
1 - dress like you’re at work or at least close. It helps put your mind in the correct mindset.
2 - create a dedicated work area if you can.
3 - routine. Carve out time in your schedule. 9-11 work. 11-1115, dishes, dogs out, etc. 11:15-1 work, 1-2 lunch, etc.
What helps me is your brand of background noise when you’re not on meetings. I prefer music, some people want tv shows they have watched or YouTube. Anything that helps you dial in. Or silence.
WFH takes some additional discipline in order to do it but you can do it.
