This fixes an issue with games using Vulkan locking up my system since ESU started.
Games like DOOM (2016), Quake, Quake II, Heretic+Hexen, Doom+Doom II, basically all Kex-engine games, No Man's Sky, and GZDoom/UZDoom would lock up my computer hard when run.
Also LibreOffice. I had to start it in safe mode and turn off 3d acceleration to make it usable again.
My system is fairly old, intel Xeon 1230 and Nvidia GTX 750 Ti. It does not have TPM 2, so is not eligible for Windows 11.
I've re-installed Windows 10 several times on different HDDs and SSDs to test this. Up until the first ESU hits everything would work fine, after the first ESU, the hard lock-ups would occur. Had to push the reset button to make it usable again.
Now this ordeal seems to be over finally. When October comes I'll transition to Linux Mint.
