Windows 10 upgrade assistant stuck at 99%

Installed Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit) on a fresh PC and after installing service pack 1 started the upgrade to Windows 10. The assistant app downloads and verifies but gets stuck at 99% in the upgrading window phase. Even after hours it remains stuck there.

J'ai essayé to reboot the machine and that doesn't help either. I've googled and found out that others have faced the exact problem but jusqu'à présent there isn't any solution ça fonctionne.

Quelqu'un a-t-il seen that situation and is there a fix for it?

Le problème est caused by the Windows 7 updates.

Before using the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant, perform these steps:

set Windows 7 updates to "Never install updates".
Stop the update service by right clicking on the invite de commandes, et choisissez "Run en tant qu'administrateur".

Type

NET STOP WUAUSERV

It should say: "Windows update service is stopping....windows update service is stopped."

After completing the above steps, start the Windows 10 Upgrade assistant, and it should complete.
