J’ai trouble getting Windows Search to index the contents of a text fichier that have a
.sql
extension. Is there quelque chose I’m doing wrong?

Contexte:

I use a programme at work called Navicat which helps me to work avec our MySQL database. When I use Navicat to edit and save queries, it stores them in
.sql
fichiers which are located in Navicat’s répertoire in Program Files.

Depuis Windows Search ne index fichiers within Program Files par défaut, I added it vers le list of indexed locations, as shown dans le picture below:

J’ai aussi went invers le advanced section and added the
.sql
fichier extension and sélectionner the
Index Properties and File Contents
option. This sets the filter description to be
Plain Text Filter
:

Cependant, whenever I do a search for text that I would expect to find within a
.sql
fichier, such as
saw_order.Wo type:sql
, it ne return any fichiers. The search is successful if I’m searching for part du name of a fichier, but jamais its contents avec
.sql
fichiers.

The
.sql
fichiers are plain text fichiers that can be easily opened and edited avec notepad. Navicat simply adds some intellisense and a organization fonctionnalités, but other than that, c’est plain text.

Pourquoi ne puis-je pas Windows Search see the contents duse fichiers?

Do J’ai besoin of add some special plug-in to Windows search for it to recognize these files?

NOTE: Je suis using Windows Search 4.0 and Windows XP SP3.
