It’s possible to put the cursor into the barre d’adresse (where the current path is shown) with the following shortcuts:

<li>
Alt + D selects the current path in English versions (see comments for other languages).
</li>
<li>
In Windows 8 or later versions, Ctrl + L can also be used to select the current path (all languages).
</li>
<li>
In Windows 7, F4 will put the cursor at the end of the current path and expand the drop-down list of the barre d’adresse (all languages).
