The underlying problème is that the Windows Mise à jour self-mise à jour mechanism n'est pas fonctionnel.
In order to successfully installer Service Pack 1 you need au moins Windows Mise à jour version 7.6.7600.256. Windows Vista RTM ships avec version 6.0.6000.16386, and this version will not self-mise à jour parce que the fichier wuident.cab (as du version digitally signed July 14, 2012) provided by Microsoft's Windows Mise à jour servers contains an explicit instruction that WU versions 6.0.6000 and 6.0.6001 should not self-mise à jour. Ce n'est pas clear why.
There may be one or more manquant fichiers on Microsoft's servers, parce que erreur 0x80190194 means that a 404 (Fichier Not Found) erreur was received depuis le web server. Cependant, this erreur ne occur si vous are using a WSUS server, but the client encore ne va pas self-mise à jour. C'est therefore possible that erreur 0x80190194 n'est pas directly related vers le problème.
Microsoft Support advised me that the problème is being a fonctionné on and that a KB article sera released in due course. They n'a pas give me an ETA. Addendum: two years and counting. Je pense it safe to assume that the problème is unlikely to resolved à ce stade!
Il y a two ways to work around this problème:
-
Télécharger and installer Windows Mise à jour version 7.6.7600.320 using the télécharger links provided in Microsoft's Knowledge Base Article KB2887535. Although no télécharger link is provided for Windows Vista, the Windows 7 version installé successfully when J'ai essayé it. (Note: this télécharger n'était pas disponible when I originally wrote this answer, and J'ai not tested it on a Windows Vista RTM système. Si vous have done so, veuillez let me know. The third-party télécharger I originally linked to is no longer disponible.)
-
Télécharger and exécutez le off-line version of Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (or the all languages version) depuis le Microsoft Télécharger Center. Cela va take longer to télécharger and installer than using Windows Mise à jour, but is officially supported.
In either case, once Service Pack 1 is installé, Windows Mise à jour will offer some additional mises à jour and ensuite Service Pack 2. Service Pack 2 should installer successfully.
Note : Microsoft provides free phone support for problèmes l'installation service packs. See Microsoft's support page for the contact number for your area. In some countries this may be a toll call.
