when i installé windows 11, i had to créez un microsoft compte. Après the installation, I créé a local compte and supprimé the microsoft compte.

Maintenant when Je veux save a fichier in Micosoft Word, I get the proposal to save it in One Drive and Je peux see the email address J'ai utilisé during the installation of windows 11(screenshot).

I déjà supprimé the microsoft online compte. J'ai aussi uninstalled OneDrive.

Comment supprimer all references (email) vers le compte that was used during the installation?

To supprimer OneDrive from Save As :

Open Word
Allez à menu Fichier > Compte and ensure that vous êtes not encore signed in to
the Microsoft Compte
Allez à menu Fichier > Options > Save and uncheck
"Show additional places for saving even if sign-in may be required"
Click OK
Redémarrer Word.
