The behavior you describe is a known current problème avec Windows 11 21H2. The simplest solution, is to live avec the behavior, until it can be patched later this month. The alternative to that serait to downgrade to Windows 10 21H2, which would involve a complete reinstall of Windows, which seems a little overkill for a temporary problème that devrait être corrigé within 2 weeks.
